  • Crane electrical and communication installations: 52,246.95 metres of power supply cabling, 280 metres of power busbars with six phases and one earth, 14,426 metres of communication cabling, 3,250 metres of cable trays and main circuit breakers.
  • Cutting-machine structure erection: erection of 300 tonnes of medium-heavy structure for a pantograph scrap-cutting machine.
  • Cutting-machine electrical and communication installations: 1,485 metres of power supply cabling, 3,925 metres of communication cabling and 526 metres of cable trays.

Comprehensive involvement in the rolling mill facilities, from structural steel and process equipment to electrical and auxiliary systems.

  • Structural erection: detailed engineering, supply and erection of structural steel for the rolling mill facilities.
  • Electromechanical erection: installation of 16,673 tonnes of rolling equipment and walking-beam reheating furnaces, and erection of 2,192 tonnes of cranes.
  • Overhead crane installation: 2,192 tonnes erected, included in the electromechanical scope above.
  • Process piping and fluids: detailed engineering, supply and installation of 1,700 tonnes of process fluid systems, including piping and welding.
  • Treatment plant installation: installation of the water treatment plant, with an erection scope of 2,042 tonnes.
  • Electrical installation: 1,132 panels; supply and installation of conduits, cable trays and 1,025,494 metres of medium- and low-voltage cabling and connections; power, control and instrumentation connections, and VLF, HIPOT and insulation tests. Includes 53 transformers rated up to 205 MVA, a 230 kV main substation and 2,250 lighting fixtures.
  • Fire protection systems: detailed engineering, supply and installation of the rolling mill's fire protection systems.
  • Climate control and ventilation: detailed engineering, supply and installation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
